Europe-Pellets produces wood pellets which are compressed biofuel generally produced of sawdust. We manufacture wood pellets which are a modern form of heating fuel and have more potential to reduce CO2 emissions. Wood pellets are cylindrical in shape and with a measurement of between 6-8mm in diameter and 10-30mm long. The moisture content of wood pellets is less than 10% that allows them to be burned with very high combustion efficiencies.

Biomass wood shaving is milled into fine sawdust and then fed into a pelletising machine (granulator) where it is compressed under immense pressure and extruded through a die. This process is accompanied by lignin melting, contained in the biomass, which serves as a binding material forming the pellets as they dry. The glaze observed on the exterior of the pellets is also the result of lignin melting. The process of forming wood pellets is called extrusion. Raw material acceptance site is made of concrete slabs.

Railway feeder comes to the site which can be used for raw material delivery. Access routes for trucks are also available.
